- Beach is just one minute away on to the left as you Exit.
- Main Road is 4 minutes away if you follow the road straight ahead and take your right
- No Smoking and Vaping inside the room.
- Designated Smoking Areas is your balcony with the main door closed.
- Penalty for smoking inside the room will attract a deep-cleaning fee of INR 1000/-
- Ensure Cigarette packets and butts are disposed responsibly in the bins.
- Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Kindly minimize volumes from televisions, music, and conversation in common areas
- Respect sleeping neighbours
- Large gatherings or parties are not permitted in guest rooms.
- Management reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund for excessive noise.
- All vehicles must be registered with the Managers register upon check-in.
- Parking is permitted only in marked spaces. Please do not block entrance.
- Please park in a manner that it does not hinder parking or moving out of another vehicle
- Tomas Goa Beach Resort is not responsible for theft/damage to vehicle parked on the property.
- Standard housekeeping is provided daily between 10:00 hrs. and 14:00 hrs.
- Please hang the “Do Not Disturb” sign if you wish to skip service.
- Please lock your valuables in the cupboard provided.
- Tomas Goa Beach Resort is not accountable for loss/theft of belongings on the premise.
- Recyclable Materials (paper, plastics, cans) Dry Waste should be placed in the separate container,
- Main trash bin can be dumped with wet waste in plastic in a systematic manner.
- Large Items/Food Waste: Please notify housekeeping or the Front Desk for assistance.
- Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property which includes damage to furniture, fixtures, electronics, or linens.
- A penalty of INR 1000/- will be charged for any room key or key card loss during your stay.
- Check-out time is strictly at 1200 hrs. Late check-out may result in an additional fe.
- Express Check-Out: You may settle any remaining balance in advance and drop your key card in the designated box at the lobby/Manager for an express check-out.
